Sec. 71114. Sunsetting increased FMAP incentive

Section 1905(ii)(3) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396d(ii)(3)) is amended—
(1) by striking “
which has not
” and inserting the following:
“which—
“(A) has not”
;
(2) in subparagraph (A), as so inserted, by striking the period at the end and inserting “
; and
”; and
(3) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
“(B) begins to expend amounts for all such individuals prior to January 1, 2026.”
